Kurt’s Dad Has Made Me Gaga For Glee!

This week’s episode of Glee featured both the music and the looks of pop superstar Lady Gaga.

The cast takes on Bad Romance and the stripped down version of Poker Face.  A clip from Bad Romance is below:

The ads for tonight’s show featuring Gaga drew me in, but one scene in particular is going to keep me around a while longer.

In the scene I am talking about,  Finn (Cory Monteith)  screams several gay slurs in an argument with the shows gay character Kurt (Chris Colfer).   Kurt’s father steps in and sticks up for his son,  kicking Finn out of their house.

All too often, parents don’t chose the path that the writers of the show are choosing to pursue for Kurt’s father.  The family is a refreshing portrayal which features acceptance rather than the dissent normally found in families of gay teens.
