Senate Panel Tables Anti-Gay Legislation in Pennsylvania

Gay marriage is already not legal in the State of Pennsylvania.  However, state senator Eichelberger has introduced a bill that would make that even clearer to residents.  He has proposed adding this wording the the state constitution:

“Only a union of One Man and One Woman shall be valid and recognized as a marriage in this commonwealth”

This is the 3rd time he has brought the bill to Senate and for the 3rd time it was tabled.  Here is the news clip from the local CBS affiliate.
