Constance McMillen Launches Lawsuit Against Prom Canceling School

Constance McMillen appeared on CBS’ morning show today with her lawyer.  They were there  to discuss  what has now become a nationwide case.

As I reported earlier, her school canceled prom in response to her request to bring her girlfriend.  (read here)

Constance has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the school, and we wish her all the luck in the world!
